Unlocking Inclusive Education Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled Inclusive Education Expert to join our project in Slovakia. The project aims to strengthen the capacity of education authorities and stakeholders to implement desegregation and develop a sustainable monitoring system.

The Inclusive Education Expert will play a crucial role in supporting resource development and review activities within the project. This involves working closely with education authorities and stakeholders to identify and address barriers to inclusive education, developing strategies to improve access and quality of education for Roma children, and reviewing and refining existing resources and materials.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the complexities of inclusive education, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and partners.

The expected impact of this project is to provide Roma children with quality education, promoting inclusion, respect for diversity, and multiculturalism.

Responsibilities
  • Support resource development and review activities within the project
  • Work closely with education authorities and stakeholders to identify and address barriers to inclusive education
  • Develop strategies to improve access and quality of education for Roma children
  • Review and refine existing resources and materials
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in inclusive education
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and partners
