At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers via various communication channels.

As a Customer Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer service through voice and chat in French and English, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with professionalism and urgency, building strong relationships by personalizing each interaction, collaborating with teammates to ensure consistent high-quality service, and sharing customer feedback and insights to improve processes.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of remote/online experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce and CRM systems is a plus.
Tech Requirements
  • Personal computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
  • Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
