Job Overview

At JOB MATCHMAKER, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Provider Support and Integration Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing new technologies and digital solutions to our healthcare providers.

Salary and Work Schedule

The salary for this position is 18,000. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves providing training and support regarding our digital platforms to our provider's staff, resolving integration issues to maintain system performance and reliability, generating reports and analytics to track the success of integration initiatives, maintaining and organizing our provider database, establishing and maintaining rapport with providers through regular visitations, managing provider suspensions, tracking and monitoring outstanding accounts receivable from providers, facilitating hospital admission and discharge of EastWest Healthcare members through face-to-face visits, and facilitating accreditation of new providers including hospitals, medical clinics, dental clinics, and doctors.

Qualifications
  • A male with own motorcycle
  • A pleasing personality
  • A college graduate (open for fresh graduates)
  • Knowledgeable in Project Management, Business knowledge, Customer Service, and Healthcare
  • Computer literate (knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet)
  • Good communication skills
  • Living within NCR
