Operational Excellence Specialist

We're seeking a visionary Operational Excellence Specialist to lead the transformation of our operational strategies and develop scalable systems that drive client satisfaction and business growth.

This pivotal role will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll streamline workflows, remove inefficiencies, and implement impactful solutions that align with our long-term vision.

You'll blend data-driven insights with human-centered design to create systems that enhance performance, reduce costs, and elevate every stage of the client journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead process analysis and improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain processes that support business growth and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in process analysis and improvement, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Proven experience in process mapping and modeling techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
