Job Title: Virtual Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors across North America.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Oversee property setup and onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions for new property owners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize vacancy rates and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with vendors to assign work, obtain approval, and ensure successful completion and billing.
  • Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, posting of late notices, and lease enforcement.
  • Assist in creating and posting engaging content on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within a BPO environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Able to handle multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
