The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment, as well as analyzing project blueprints and specifications to understand the scope of work.

A key aspect of this role is identifying potential project risks and suggesting cost-saving solutions to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and maintain project cost databases and historical data.

Regular updates on cost estimates and budget status will be provided to project managers, ensuring they are well-informed and able to make informed decisions.

In addition to cost estimation, the Budgeting and Forecasting Expert will track actual costs versus estimated costs and report any discrepancies to management.

The successful candidate will also support the preparation of project bids and proposals, as well as review and compare subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.

Collaboration with other teams, including the Installation Head and Warehouse Inventory Staff, is essential to ensuring seamless project execution.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project managers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
