As a skilled Contracts Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements. You will verify contract terms, scope coverage, and inclusions/exclusions to guarantee accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify contract terms, scope coverage, and inclusions/exclusions to guarantee accuracy.
  • Use Bluebeam to review drawings, markups, and perform takeoffs as required.
  • Identify discrepancies or gaps in contractor submissions and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Review and compare contractor quotes and scopes to ensure accurate evaluation.
  • Prepare recommendations for contractor selection based on price, scope, and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of contractor pricing and project-related documentation.
  • Provide progress updates and reporting to stakeholders on contract status and variations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Bluebeam for drawing review, takeoffs, and documentation. ApprovalMax experience valued.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
