Job Title

As a seasoned professional in financial operations, the country director will oversee banking and finance activities, drive business growth, manage daily operations, and align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and expand into new markets.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the country's operations, including sales, compliance, finance, and human resources.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of senior leadership experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record in managing operations and driving growth in a complex, regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and banking compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
