Operations System Analyst">

This role involves implementing price programs for a major travel company. As an Operations System Analyst, you will work with revenue management and product teams to create strategic and tactical price programs in various currencies.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    ">

  • Work with the pricing operations team to design and develop pricing programs and ensure accurate reflection in the reservation system.

    ">

  • Collaborate with the decision support team to identify efficiencies in pricing operations and implement effective business outcome/process changes that positively impact customers.

    ">

  • Develop and implement reporting processes and reports to measure promotional activities and pricing inaccuracies.

    ">

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for pricing programs in the AS 400 system.

    ">

  • Plan and coordinate strategies with sales, marketing, trade support, and air/sea to improve future revenue performance.

Requirements:

">

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.

    ">

  • Two to five years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    ">

  • Extensive knowledge of the AS 400 system.

    ">

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    ">

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

    ">

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

    ">

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
