Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage dispute and chargeback cases from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

As a dispute and chargeback specialist, you will be responsible for handling cases efficiently, ensuring compliance with established procedures, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling dispute and chargeback cases from A to Z
  • Following structured processes and meeting deadlines
  • Collecting and submitting evidence (tracking information, invoices, screenshots)
  • Verifying customer data in Shopify and Gorgias
  • Maintaining internal spreadsheets and reporting on case outcomes
  • Identifying trends and suggesting process improvements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in handling dispute and chargeback cases
  • Experience with dropshipping operations
  • Proficiency in Shopify and Gorgias
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and dropshipping operations
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and process-driven mindset
