Are you passionate about helping law firms drive profitability through improved operational effectiveness, increased efficiency, and greater visibility across their business? We are seeking a skilled Financial Application Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will provide technical consultative application support for our 3E product in a non-call center type of project-based environment. This role may be cross-trained or involved in other product offerings over time.

Job Description:
  • Pull service request tickets from phone queues and online customer portals, document challenges, expectations, steps to reproduce, and necessary logs and attachments.
  • Record all information regarding challenges in our case management system.
  • Use remote access utilities and other resources to replicate customer challenges.
  • Leverage internal knowledgebase resources, peer knowledge, and documentation for known solutions.
  • Isolate causes, take restorative actions while minimizing disruption to customers' business operations.
  • Provide timely and effective status updates throughout the life of service requests until resolution.
  • Communicate and recommend complex business processes, procedures, and diverse information to resolve customer issues and potential future preventative actions.
  • Maintain appropriate dashboard management, including volume of active service requests and aging specifications of open service requests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, finance, accounting, and/or finance analysis.
  • 2+ years technical, financial, accounting, and/or customer service experience with financial programs.
  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and/or prior legal industry accounting experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, MS Office, Azure, Azure Monitoring, Smartsheet, IE, Chrome, and relational database concepts is a plus.
