Job Overview

The Sales Finance Analyst plays a crucial role in driving sales performance and ensuring financial accuracy within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

  • Provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders, including sales managers, supervisors, and head of sales finance.

Sales Trend Analysis

  • Identify and analyze sales trends, financial performance, and other sales initiatives to inform business decisions and recommendations for improvement.

Financial Compliance

  • Ensure sales office transactions are compliant with financial controls and relevant practices & principles, including fiscal compliance policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Finance Reporting

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc finance-related reports as required by HQ and the business, meeting deadlines, target completion, and accuracy standards.


Requirements

Applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • College/University degree in Accounting or Business.
  • At least 5 years of work experience handling or overseeing accounting, financial support, or audit functions, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Supervisory experience for at least 2-3 years with exposure in direct selling or distribution companies of fast-moving consumer goods is preferred.
  • Intermediate level on Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven presentation, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively.


Work Schedule and Location

Generally Mondays to Fridays, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. Saturdays, 8AM – 12NN. Based in LegaspiSales Office or Makati Head Office.
