Collections Officer – Overlimit/Front-end & Skips

Department - Unit: Credit Operations/Credit Recovery

Responsibilities:

  1. The position is responsible for maximizing the performance in the Overlimit/Front-end & Skips Collections team by effectively meeting all call quotas and increasing the overall company's performance and profits through efficient collections strategies and programs.
  2. The position is also responsible for managing compliance and risk action items within approved group policies and guidelines.
  3. He/She is responsible for monitoring the performance of external skip tracing service providers including account endorsements.

No Direct Reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder; preferably graduate of a business course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in collections, preferably from a credit card company or bank.
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
