Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Business Manager to oversee the management and monitoring of our clients' online businesses.

This role requires hands-on expertise with e-commerce and marketing automation platforms, utilizing our web interface to build customer E-Commerce sites, maintaining and updating existing customer E-Commerce sites based on requests received from an online ticketing request system.

Additions, updates, and removals of items, customers, and locations in the PeopleSoft ERP system through the PeopleSoft web interface will also be performed. Additionally, this information will be synchronized into the E-Commerce system.

The successful candidate will inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent E-Commerce related website elements to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.

Providing outstanding customer service is essential, requiring timely responses to inquiries from sales associates and customers via email and phone.

We work closely with our integrated partner network to coordinate the integration and testing of templates/products on the partner's external systems.

A further responsibility of this role includes preparing implementation letters and completion certificates.

Time-sensitive project deadlines for E-Commerce site builds and assistance with ticket service level agreements on existing E-Commerce site maintenance requests are key aspects of this position.

Finally, coordination with sales associates and the customer service team to hand off projects upon completion will be required.
