Job Title:

A Senior Credit Management Professional is sought after to spearhead our company's debt collection efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, while also ensuring timely payments and minimizing debt.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Debt Collection: Develop and execute strategies to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) and aged debt, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Credit Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance overall credit management efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Credit Management Officers to achieve full credit-to-cash targets defined by the company.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and negotiation to ensure timely payments and minimize delinquency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in corporate collections and credit management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of SAP and other relevant software systems
