Chief Online Store Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and performance optimization of our online store. This is a part-time role, 22 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing product display pages, ensuring accurate content, strong SEO, and conversion-forward design. They will also oversee homepage, navigation, and seasonal merchandising updates, as well as plan and execute product launches and sales promotions.

In addition, the E-commerce Manager will monitor site daily to ensure uptime, product availability, and bug-free performance. They will also update and publish blog content regularly, collaborate on ideas to tie site content to brand campaigns and seasonal storytelling, and monitor Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (email and SMS), be confident with GA, analytics tools, heatmaps, and data interpretation, and have a strong eye for detail and UX. Excellent copy, communication, and project management skills are also essential.

  • Manage and optimize all PDPs (Product Display Pages)
