Job Title: Principal Blockchain Engineer/Blockchain Architect

This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of cutting-edge on-chain asset management infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and deploy high-performance smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
  • Build and iterate on core on-chain components including proposal systems, voting mechanisms, asset management protocols, and cross-program integration capabilities.
  • Work closely with product, finance, and ops teams to translate real-world fund flows into on-chain execution logic.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in building smart contracts on Solana with Rust.
  • Proven experience in building and supporting production Solana programs that have handled sizable funds.
  • Strong understanding of smart accounts, digital asset management, and multi-sig architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and reason about complex state machines, proposal logic, and secure transaction orchestration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Ethereum smart contract development (Solidity), ERC-4337 account abstraction standards, and cross-chain protocol design.
  • AI fluency: Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development and explore ideas, but apply them with discernment.
