Job Overview

The Finance and Operations Associate role is a vital part of our company's success, playing a key role in managing the financial and operational backbone of our Web3 business.

This position is ideal for individuals with a solid finance or accounting background and strong knowledge of digital assets, who can work seamlessly across multiple entities.

  • Record and reconcile crypto and fiat transactions across wallets, exchanges, and systems
  • Maintain accurate ledgers for token distributions, vesting, staking, and treasury activity
  • Coordinate with accounting and audit partners for reporting and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage digital asset holdings via Fireblocks, Integral, and other tools
  • Conduct regular valuation and reporting on assets (e.g. $PLMS, USDC, ETH, NFTs)
  • Track exposure, performance, and maintain historical records

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years experience in finance, accounting, or operations (with crypto/Web3 exposure)
  • Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain finance, and reconciliations
  • Familiarity with Fireblocks, Integral, CoinTracking, or similar tools
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
  • Fluent or conversational English communication skills
  • Experience working across onshore/offshore entities

  • Background in legal, compliance, or corporate governance
