Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and support Shopper Experience Applications under the Digital Platform. This encompasses Unified eCommerce and Loyalty Program Web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Ensure production systems are operational via monitoring and responding to alerts.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • At least three years of working experience as a Support and Maintenance Software Engineer/Analyst.
  • Three years of hands-on experience with JAVA, UNIX, and SQL technologies.
