We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Amazon Marketplace Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Amazon storefront. You'll play a critical role in keeping listings accurate, responding to customers quickly, supporting fulfillment and promotions, and helping keep the store optimized and well-maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who's eager to grow in the e-commerce space and gain hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.

ResponsibilitiesAmazon Listing & Store SupportUpload, format, and edit product listings in Amazon Seller CentralMaintain A Content pages and support Brand Store updates

Follow content formatting guidelines for titles, bullet points, and product descriptions

Inventory & Order ManagementMonitor FBA inventory levels and flag low-stock items

Assist with creating inbound shipping plans and tracking shipments

Coordinate basic logistics with fulfillment and warehouse partners

Customer Support OwnershipRespond to customer messages, reviews, and questions within 24 hours

Resolve order issues, refunds, and replacements professionally

Track and report recurring issues to the broader team

Maintain a friendly, brand-aligned voice in all communication

Reporting & AnalysisPull weekly and monthly sales and performance reports

Track reviews, ratings, and returns

Update keyword and ad performance trackers (training provided)Promotions & Campaign SupportAssist with uploading deals, coupons, and Lightning DealsSupport the ad/marketing team with campaign uploads and asset coordination

Minimum Qualifications1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with Amazon Seller CentralExcellent English communication and writing skills

Highly organized and comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused tasks

Customer support or client-facing experience a plus

Proficiency in Google Sheets/ExcelFast and reliable internet connection
