Contract Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Bluebeam. You will work closely with the Construction Manager, Estimating team, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage contracts from preparation to execution, including review and verification of terms and scope coverage.

    • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve queries and discrepancies.

    • Maintain accurate records of contractor pricing and project-related documentation.

    • Prepare recommendations for contractor selection based on price, scope, and compliance.

    • Assist in preparing variations, progress claims, and compliance reports as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in contract administration or project support within the construction industry.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Bluebeam, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
