  4. Project Delivery: Oversee project management activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  5. Onboarding: Build and onboard a small team of software developers and QA engineers.
  6. Best Practices: Implement best practices for software development and project management.
  7. System Performance: Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of internal IT applications/systems.
  8. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Management Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development management.
  • Development Experience: At least 12 years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Programming Skills: Proficient in Java, C++, and JavaScript; experience with Python and React.js is a plus.
  • Methodology: Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • DevOps Knowledge: Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Version Control: Experience with Git or BitBucket and Jira is desired.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of manufacturing, programming IC probe, and test systems.
  • Project Delivery: Proven experience as a project manager with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
