Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in project management is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience and 10 years of experience in managing, mentoring, and leading software engineering teams.
  • Experience in software release life cycle, including pre-alpha, alpha, and beta testing.
  • Proficiency in cloud-hosted development, deployment, and operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the design and development of back-office systems featuring similar size and complexity to the CBO's.
  • High availability and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Serving a minimum of 1 million customers.
  • Processing a minimum of 1 million events per day.
  • Payment processing, predominantly payment card and EFT.
  • Diversity of user communication channels, including call center, web services, social media, and mobile apps.
  • Compliance with PCI-DSS and cybersecurity standards.
