Job Title: Executive Support Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our senior leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of their offices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate calendars, set up meetings, and manage reminders for senior leaders.
• Prepare and maintain standardized templates for reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries on behalf of senior leaders.
• Assist in gathering information and materials needed for projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in executive support or a related field.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise correspondence and reports.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, set reminders, and manage deadlines without oversight.
