Job Overview

This role is designed for a proactive professional who can oversee cross-functional initiatives, support client services, and contribute to the organization's growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Operations & Project Coordination: Support the Operations Manager in overseeing organizational initiatives and workflows.
  • Route inquiries efficiently to relevant departments and monitor timely resolution.
  • Track progress on departmental initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and improving workflows for efficiency.
  • Client Services & Experience:
    • Monitor client communications to ensure consistency and high-quality service delivery.
    • Support the implementation of service standards and client satisfaction metrics.
    • Collaborate with leadership to identify and proactively resolve client service issues.
  • Reporting & KPI Management:
    • Compile reports on organizational metrics, including operations and client services.
    • Support data analysis to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
    • Flag delays, risks, or bottlenecks impacting departmental KPIs.
  • Secondary Responsibilities (Support as Needed):
    • HR & Recruitment Support:
      • Assist with candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the recruitment pipeline.
      • Support onboarding logistics when required.
    • Administrative & Executive Support:
      • Manage cross-functional communications and scheduling.
      • Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and decision-making materials for leadership.

This role requires strong organizational, research, and planning skills. The ideal candidate will have native-level fluency in English, an analytical mindset, and be comfortable engaging with external stakeholders and business partners.
