Product Development Specialist

We seek a highly skilled Product Development Specialist with experience in product development to join our team. As a Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth product development lifecycle, managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and analyzing financial data to ensure profitable partnerships.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers, including all direct communication, sample sourcing, pricing negotiation, and timeline management.
  • Conduct financial analyses for new & ongoing products, including cost and margin analysis, using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Work closely with the product development team to understand product requirements and ensure that activities align with product development timelines and budgets.
  • Identify and source new suppliers to meet business needs, including researching and evaluating potential suppliers for new or existing projects.
  • Manage timelines and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all new products launched per season.
  • Ensure Production team conducts contract negotiations with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Provide clear and timely communication with all internal stakeholders for updates, decisions, and deadlines.
