We are looking for a talented Procurement and Contracts Coordinator to join our team at Datem Incorporated.

The successful candidate will assist in analyzing contracts and bid documents, review bid documents, and identify and mitigate contractual risks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction, or a related field, with at least 3 years of work experience in contract management. You should also be proficient in MS Office Applications, CIAP Document 102, and FIDIC.

  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Prepare Contracts Appreciation Document (CAD) comprising of list of important clauses like variations, payments, advances etc.
  • Streamline in different schedules for monitoring.
