Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate proposals and negotiate prices to secure the best value for the company.
  • Award contracts within agreed schedules and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain internal cost databases.
  • Evaluate and select reference vendor quotations for inclusion in cost estimates.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role with a proven track record of negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel, and knowledge of Macros is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems such as Ariba, Coupa, Market Dojo, SAP, and other relevant software.
