At a solo legal practice specializing in estate planning and related services, we are seeking an organized and proactive Program Manager to support our team.

Job Description

We need someone with strong project coordination skills who can thrive in a structured environment and enjoy client-facing communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing all existing open files and converting them into structured projects. This includes identifying key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.

The selected individual will also build and maintain internal status review documentation to track progress and ensure accountability. Additionally, they will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively delivering file updates with a consistent communication cadence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp. They will also have demonstrated experience in project management, office administration, or operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional and client-friendly tone, are essential.
