We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS professional to join our team at Global Payments, Inc. As a key member of our HRIS department, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining multiple HRIS modules, including Workday.
Key Responsibilities:- Supports and maintains multiple HRIS modules to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborates with functional stakeholders and leaders to identify opportunities to leverage Workday to improve business processes.
- Maintains system performance, monitors interface reports, and coordinates complex configuration and testing requirements.
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Four years of progressive experience administering one or more HRIS systems like SAP Success Factors and Workday is also desired.
In lieu of education, a minimum of eight years of relevant experience is required. Strong preference for Workday administration experience, particularly in the administration of its Security, HCM, Compensation, and/or Payroll features.
What We Look for:We are looking for a self-managed individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively engage with internal Workday stakeholders and users to educate and resolve issues.
