Job Title: Infrastructure Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description:

The Infrastructure Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning and conducting technical assessments of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee technical surveys of facilities, ensuring thorough assessment of infrastructure, utilities, and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary survey teams, providing direction, assigning tasks, and ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
  • Analyze survey results and develop detailed Facility Survey Reports, including actionable recommendations for facility maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and personnel training requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to present findings, validate survey data, and support design review discussions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the documentation and tracking of facility conditions, identifying risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to support long-term operational sustainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in facility assessments, infrastructure surveys, and technical evaluations, including hands-on expertise in analyzing facility systems and recommending corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure, including unique requirements of port facilities, coastal surveillance sites, and related operational environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) facility standards, including design, sustainment planning, and compliance with reporting requirements.
