Technical Leadership Role

This is a technical leadership position that involves designing and architecting impactful open source projects.

Candidates should have expertise in coding languages such as Golang, Rust, Python, C/C++ or Typescript / React, and be able to collaborate with a globally distributed team.

Mentoring, developing and advising colleagues in their career progression is also an essential part of this role.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical leadership skills, display excellent communication skills, and be proficient in multiple programming languages.

Requirements
  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM, or alternative narrative

  • Deep experience in at least one of Go, Rust, Python, or C
  • Conscientiousness, detail orientation, and focus on performance
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability
