Job Description:

Hunter's Hub, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Vendor Management Specialist to provide function and operational assistance to the Vendor Management Unit Head. This key role involves performing supervisory functions in support of the VMU Head, overseeing project management, document management, and vendor compliance activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Vendor Management and/or Project Management, with a strong background in procurement and negotiating skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is also essential. Additionally, knowledge of IT Systems or Banking Systems is a significant plus.

In this role, you will coordinate with Vendors, Business Units, and Project Teams to ensure due diligence and best practices in vendor engagement. You will work closely with the VMU Head to carry out all related functions effectively. If you possess excellent analytical and creative thinking skills, this may be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support to the VMU Head in carrying out related functions.
  • Perform supervisory tasks in conjunction with the VMU Head.
  • Oversee project management, document management, and vendor compliance activities.
  • C Coordinate with Vendors, Business Units, and Project Teams to ensure effective vendor engagement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Vendor Management and/or Project Management.
  • Strong procurement and negotiating skills.

  • Knowledge of IT Systems or Banking Systems is a plus.
