Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for alarm management and ensuring the smooth operation of our refrigeration and HVAC systems.

This position requires the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues, provide accurate documentation, and make sound decisions based on alarm history and graph analysis. If you have a passion for problem-solving and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

  • Responsibilities:
    1. Alarm Management: Receive and diagnose refrigeration and/or HVAC alarms, updating work orders accordingly.
    2. Documentation: Provide accurate and detailed documentation to external customers via phone or email.
    3. Decision-Making: Make informed decisions based on alarm history and graph analysis.
Requirements:
  • Education:
    • A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • Experience:
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Preference given to candidates with experience in interactive customer service and related functions.
  • Skills:
    • Computer Applications: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of MS Outlook and SharePoint.
    • Managed Services Business Systems: Familiarity with Salesforce, Connect+, and Genesys.

Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support business operations. A positive attitude and ability to maintain energy levels in a dynamic environment are essential.
