Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Assurance professional to join our finance team. This role involves managing revenue assurance processes for a portfolio of accounts.

  • Contract Review: Perform thorough review of contracts to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition requirements are met.
  • Reporting Tools: Set up and utilize reporting tools to create invoice templates and track revenue data.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare journal entries, complex schedules, and perform revenue reviews and analytics on own account portfolio.
  • Communication: Collaborate with Operations/Client executives to discuss revenue recognition requirements and maintain process documentation and compliance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 2 years' experience in accounting, complex billing, collections, and/or financial analysis.
  • Experience with ASC 606 and telecommunications & call center operations is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Able to interpret complex contracts.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingsness to work night shift.
