As a senior financial analyst on our corporate financial planning and analysis team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, investigating, and researching data to support the organization's financial planning and performance. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing financial information on costs, prices, expenses, and revenues. You will also be responsible for developing economic forecasts and analyses of the company's short- and long-term position.


In this role, you will partner with operations to complete daily margin reports. You will provide support on data sources and discrepancies, offering insight into assumptions for cost estimations such as wage rates, taxes, benefits, and other allocated expenses. Additionally, you will hold weekly review calls with operations to discuss trends and performance, develop action plans, and optimize monthly performance.


You will compare month-end financials versus actual results in detail and provide variance analysis with follow-up opportunities to continuously improve data accuracy. Furthermore, you will assist operations in completing the monthly forecast process. You will understand all assumptions that go into building the financial forecast and hold monthly review calls with key stakeholders to discuss forecast changes versus prior submissions, versus plans, and versus trends.


We are seeking a highly analytical individual who possesses excellent problem-solving skills and can identify opportunities for change. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and demonstrate the ability to apply assessment measurement and evaluation techniques to ensure processes, systems, and applications meet business needs.
