Job Title: Project Management Specialist

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the coordination and management of multiple construction projects. As the key liaison between various project stakeholders, they will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, effective communication, and seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with architects, drafters, and expediters to meet project milestones
  • Monitor and track project timelines, documentation, and filings
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
  • Anticipate potential project delays and proactively address them
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction project management or a similar field
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective communicator
  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines independently, and work under pressure
Preferred Tools and Skills:
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of document management systems like Google Workspace, Dropbox, or DocuSign
