Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Project Coordinator, where you will play a key role in delivering superior client service.

You will work closely with the Operations Team Lead and other members of the team to ensure successful project completion within agreed time frames.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid on and manage projects under the supervision of the Operations Team Lead.
  • Evaluate client requests against company capabilities and prepare quotations and proposals accordingly.
  • Identify issues, manage scope, control risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful project completion within agreed time frames.
  • Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal team members to deliver project requirements efficiently.
  • Test surveys and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Escalate outstanding RFQ/project-related issues to the Operations Team Lead.
Common Activities:
  • Maintain a good public image of the company.
  • Identify financial and other risks to the company and report them quickly and accurately to the Operations Team Lead.
  • Participate in team meetings as a cooperative and active member.
  • Manage resources within budgetary guidelines to ensure profit.
  • Complete administrative tasks as required and act as an active team player.
  • Contribute to the entire organization as an active member.

This role requires strong analytical and innovative skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Korean language is preferred, or willingness to learn/study Korean language. Passion for technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Requirements:
  • Above average written and verbal communications skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Korean language is preferred, or must be willing to learn / study Korean language (Foreign Language incentive applies).
  • Highly analytical and with innovative mind-set.
  • Passion with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Ability to display empathy and get along well with different personalities.
  • Experience in dealing with other cultures and diverse work environments is preferred.
  • Must be a passionate, dynamic and sincere individual who thrives on being part of a growing Team.
