About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as an Associate Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in index management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and global projects, including recruiting, onboarding, and training of all individuals in the office. You will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of index calculations and distributions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of ICAD and DX teams, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
  • Development of strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of index calculations and distributions.
  • Collaboration with technology and production support groups to further automate and enhance system capabilities and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Participation in global DX projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of automation tools and process enhancements.
