The ideal candidate for this position is responsible for supporting the implementation of sales development programs.

Administrative Tasks:

Training and Development:

  • Reviews logistical requirements for training on a periodic basis;
  • Prepares a budget for training logistics based on requirements and ensures that all logistical needs are met;
  • Coordinates with the Admin Department to acquire necessary materials;
  • Facilitates the reproduction of training delivery materials;
  • Ensures safekeeping of training logistics;
  • Assists in conducting diagnostic exams and knowledge-based assessments;
  • Administers end-of-training evaluations;
  • Reports on training performance and evaluation results in a timely manner;
  • Regularly assesses the performance of sales personnel;
  • Contributes to improving TCMD programs and initiatives;
  • Manages the training infrastructure, including the Learning Management System and relevant databases/tools;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
