Talent Recruiter Job Opportunity

Recruitment is an essential aspect of any organization's growth and development. As a Talent Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to fill key positions within our team.

  • You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates via various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring we find the best match for our team.
  • Manage candidate databases and track key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and ensure efficient time-to-hire.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred. Fluency in English is required.

This role offers flexibility in work location, with semi-flexible working hours that include at least 4 hours overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST). We offer competitive compensation for a contractor position, as well as technological reimbursement for new equipment or software if needed.
