Job Opportunity

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. This includes managing project scope, communicating with clients on progress in the field, troubleshooting and providing solutions to ensure timely completion, and ensuring compliance with established health standards.

  • Review all project documentation provided by client services and identify potential issues that may jeopardize the project's ability to meet deadlines and budget requirements. If necessary, provide recommendations to client service teams to obtain revised quotes.
  • Manage internal project kick off meetings with sales, panel and programming teams to review materials, finalize project requirements, and determine timelines and schedules. Collaborate directly with clients to review project materials and schedule, making adjustments as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status during the fielding process via email or phone. Offer recommendations to panel teams to maximize sample yields while in the field.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and that all panelists receive incentive payments promptly. Provide financial metrics to the finance team to facilitate billing and invoicing processes; deliver final bills to clients.
