Job Overview:

The Recruitment Liaison will be responsible for supporting our growth and assisting with staffing onboarding and offboarding, working closely with our Recruitment Liaison & Contracts Specialists to ensure seamless candidate management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating candidate databases on candidate boards
  • Communicating daily with Recruitment Liaison & Contracts Specialists regarding the status of candidates
  • Preparing and sending offer letters and placing signed copies of employment agreements in Candidate HR Files
  • Maintaining Candidate HR files and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Following up with candidates prior to expiration of employment offers
  • Conducting post-decline surveys to identify reasons for declining offers for Company improvement
  • Handling basic emails and drafting documents for review and signature
  • Supporting the HR Director with tasks such as onboarding, recruitment, discipline management, offboarding, and other related HR duties
  • Managing emails and calendars proficiently, taking meeting notes, and completing other assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, responsive, and timely completion of deliverables
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
