Job Type: Freelance Full-time (42 hours/week). Responsible for government mandatories (Tax and other mandates)
Schedule: 4 days' work week, with 3 consecutive days off (between 12 am-2:30 pm Manila time)
Location: On-site in Quezon City, Eastwood
Compensation: PHP25,000 to PHP40,000 all in monthly salary (based on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, ATS, etc.)
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and hiring pipeline.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring manager and candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation and email correspondence.
- Assist in onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires.
- Liaison between the Recruitment Team and Hiring Manager.
- Review and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Admin, Recruitment Specialist, or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is desirable.
