You will work closely with unit owners to understand their needs and goals, and develop strategies to increase the value and appeal of their properties.

Your responsibilities will include negotiating deals, executing agreements, and ensuring timely completion of transactions.

Job Description:
  1. Negotiate deals and proactively follow up with unit owners and tenants to close agreements.
  2. Schedule viewings to match the requirements of prospective tenants.
  3. Execute proper and complete documentation for closing agreements.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business or marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in property sales or management.
