Email Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to help create and launch campaigns across various channels.
- Create and set up marketing campaigns in Braze or similar platforms (Salesforce MC, Oracle, HubSpot, etc.)
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations including HTML builds, asset setup, and audience targeting-
- Test and QA campaigns to ensure proper rendering, accurate tracking, and compliance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on schedule
- Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring disclosures and compliance requirements are met
- Experience using Braze (preferred) or similar marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Iterable, etc.)
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.)
- Comfortable working with HTML/CSS (Liquid or other templating languages a plus)
- Basic understanding of audience segmentation and targeting
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach
