Are you an email marketing expert with a passion for creative campaigns and data-driven results?

We're seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing effective email marketing strategies that drive engagement, boost conversions, and foster customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of success. You will be proficient in MailChimp, including list management, campaign creation, and automation. A strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and analytical skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events
  • Design engaging email templates using MailChimp's drag-and-drop editor
  • Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and improve key metrics
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using MailChimp's analytics tools
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email content

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Social Science, or any similar study
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • An enthusiastic and fast learner who values constructive feedback
  • Proficiency in MailChimp, including list management, campaign creation, and automation
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus
