About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant who can utilize AI-powered tools to deliver exceptional support for various marketing initiatives and general operations. This role requires someone with expertise in coordinating marketing campaigns, data analysis, email campaign management, and content planning across multiple channels.

This individual will be responsible for assisting in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing email marketing campaigns, conducting market research and competitor analysis, creating marketing reports, tracking campaign performance, and supporting content creation and proofreading for blogs, newsletters, and ads.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, strong project management skills, and proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign. Experience with AI productivity tools is preferred but not required.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and independent individual who can manage calendars, handle email and inbox management, update project management tools, conduct data entry, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO)
  • Manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Create marketing reports and track campaign performance
  • Support content creation and proofreading for blogs, newsletters, and ads
  • Manage digital assets and marketing materials
  • Manage calendars (Google Calendar, Calendly)
  • Handle email and inbox management
  • Update project management tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp
  • Conduct data entry and research
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on marketing management and remote work
  • Experience in email marketing, campaign management, and content planning
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools – preferred but not required
  • Strong skills in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong general business support skills, including administrative assistance, calendar and schedule management, email and inbox handling, basic documentation and reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently
