Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch, ensuring compliance with company regulations and policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the activities of the branch, making strategic decisions to drive growth and success.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, maintaining a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Monitor and report on departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including department heads and site office personnel.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in real estate management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
