We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Professional to contribute to the development of a world-changing product. As a key member of our team, you will be integral to supporting the growth and evolution of the software.

Job Responsibilities

This role involves taking ownership of projects, contributing through coding and helping elevate our development practices. You will have a focus on delivering high-quality code that balances functionality and simplicity, with a strong emphasis on user needs.

  • Develop and refine features with a cross-functional team across the entire technical stack, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and business impact.
  • Uphold and improve coding standards and streamline deployment processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in the following areas:

  • React, Next.js, and TypeScript (3+ years) including familiarity with react-query.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases and cloud-based services.
  • Working with public cloud services is second nature to you.
  • You have worked with Redis and cloud-based queue systems.
  • You have collaborated closely with product designers to convert designs into high-quality React components.
  • You have experience breaking down project requirements into actionable, iterative steps with product managers.
  • Security is crucial to you, and you implement best practices.
  • You believe in iterative development, release, feedback, and improvement to take a project from initial requirements to release.
  • Testing is at the heart of your development philosophy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software.
Nice to Have
  • You are analytical and enjoy finding trends in data.
  • You have an interest in LLMs and explored projects utilizing OpenAI API's or similar.
  • Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Ability to design and implement ML models.
